Decision No. 4944/QD-UBND dated December 9th, 2022 of the People’s Committee of Ha Noi city on announcement of List of administrative procedures to be abrogated in the field of standards, metrology, and quality under the scope of handling of the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Noi city

The Department of Science and Technology of Ha Noi city announced the abrogation of 3 administrative procedures in the field of standards, metrology, and quality below (the information in the bracket is the legal base on which the abrogation is based):

1. Procedures for registration for announcement of regulation conformity with regard to imported goods, services, process, environment managed by national technical regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Decree No. 74/2018/ND-CP ).

2. Procedures for inspection of quality of imported goods under the management of the Ministry of Science and Technology (Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BKHCN)

3. Procedures for registration for metrological state inspection of measurement instruments, quantity of imported pre-packed goods (Decree No. 13/2022/ND-CP ).

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.

To abrogate administrative procedures: No. 6 Annex at Decision No. 2930/QD-UBND dated June 4th, 2019; No. 01 Annex 1 at Decision No. 4617/QD-UBND dated August 28th, 2019; No. 03 Annex at Decision No. 3359/QD-UBND dated June 1st, 2017.
