Decisions, Circular providing for method for determination of domestic content of cars shall be abrogated from October 1st, 2022, including:

1. Decision No. 28/2004/QD-BKHCN dated October 1st, 2004;

2. Decision No. 05/2005/QD-BKHCNstatus3 dated May 11th, 2005;

3. Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BKHCNstatus3 dated March 12th, 2012.

This Circular takes effect from October 1st, 2022.
