Decision No. 3503/QD-BHXH dated November 18th, 2022 of the Vietnam Social Security on amendments to procedures for the processing of applications for social insurance benefits and payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits enclosed with Decision No. 166/QD-BHXH dated January 31, 2019 of the General Director of the Vietnam Social Security

This Decision is to amend, supplement to some regulations of procedures for the processing of applications for social insurance benefits and payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits enclosed with Decision No. 166/QD-BHXH dated January 31, 2019 in relation to:

- Preparation of a list of recipients of lump-sum social insurance benefits covered by the provincial social security office;

- Preparation of a list of recipients of lump-sum social insurance benefits covered by the district-level social security office;

- Payment of lump-sum social insurance benefits with regard to beneficiaries applying for cash receipt at postal authorities;

- Responsibility to prepare lists of recipients of lump-sum social insurance benefits (C97-HD List);

- Responsibility to prepare list of recipients of monthly pension or social insurance benefits;

- Transfer of funding for paying lump-sum social insurance benefits to postal authorities;

- Responsibilities of post offices in receiving the list of recipients of social insurance benefits;

- Responsibilities of post offices in paying social insurance benefits and report.

This Decision takes effect from November 18th, 2022.
