This Circular promulgates import tariff quotas on raw material tobacco and avian eggs originated in the member nations of the Eurasian Economic Union under the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union in the 2023 - 2027 period. The details are provided in the Annex enclosed with this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from April 10th, 2023 to December 31st, 2027 inclusive.
