This Circular is to extend time to apply new templates for applications for license to manufacture tobacco products promulgated at Circular No. 57/2018/TT-BCTstatus2 from January 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2028.

Old templates promulgated at the Circular No. 21/2013/TT-BCTstatus1 shall be further applied to December 31, 2027.

This Circular takes effect from December 20th, 2022 and abrogates Circular No. 53/2020/TT-BCT dated December 31st, 2020.
