This Resolution amends the regulations on fee payers and rates of fees for use of public seaport infrastructure and utilities at seaport areas of Ho Chi Minh City, applicable from August 1st, 2022.

Accordingly, from August 1st, 2022, temporarily imported goods using seaport infrastructure in Ho Chi Minh City also have to pay fees at the rate of 2,200,000 VND/20ft container; 4,400,000 VND/ 40ft container and 50,000 VND/tonne with regard to liquid cargo and bulk cargo.

With regard to goods sent to bonded warehouses, goods under merchanting trade transferred to storages of seaports in Ho Chi Minh City, fees for use of seaport infrastructure in Ho Chi Minh City from August 1st, 2022 shall be reduced to 250,000 VND/20ft container; 500,000/ 40ft container and 15,000 VND/tonne of liquid cargo and bulk cargo.

With regard to imported/ exported goods, from August 1st, 2022, fees shall be uniformly applied as follows regardless of customs declarations which are opened in Ho Chi Minh City or other localities: 250,000 VND/20ft container; 500,000/ 40ft container and 15,000 VND/tonne of liquid cargo and bulk cargo. Under the earlier regulations, imported/ exported goods with customs declarations opened outside Ho Chi Minh City shall be subject to fees two times higher

This Resolution takes effect from August 1st, 2022.
