As noted by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Noi city, the regulations on loosening of conditions, procedures for issuance, extension of work permits for foreigners amid the Covid-19 pandemic under Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP have been expired from January 1st, 2023 (they are only applied till December 31st, 2022).

As the result, from January 1st, 2023, when carrying out administrative procedures relating to foreign workers, enterprises must carry out in accordance with the regulations at Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP .
