To facilitate and reduce costs for enterprises, from October 15th, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade allows enterprises to download and print C/O forms D, AANZ, AK, AI, AJ, E, AHK, RCEF, CPTPP, VK, VJ, VC, VN-CU and S from the C/O issuing system (

However, C/O must be printed on white A4 - size paper according to ISO standard.

C/O forms which have been issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be further used until the end of April 15th, 2023.

The Authorities of partner countries are also informed this new information.
