This Circular provides for contents, principles, methods for calculation of economic – technical norms for bed-day services, examination and treatment services.

Pricing elements without economic – technical norms prescribed in Clause 1 Article 3 of this Circular (such as depreciation of infrastructure; maintenance of infrastructure and equipment; energy, fuel; bacterial contamination control; management – administration) shall be determined according to pricing methods prescribed by pricing laws.

This Circular takes effect from February 15th, 2023.
