blue-check Guidelines on declaration of C/O form EUR.1 for goods exported to the EU

Relating to C/O form EUR.1 for goods exported to the European Union (EU) under the EVFTA, enterprises need to pay attention to these points:

- For consignments with the total value which does not exceed 6,000 EUR, every exporter is entitled to self-certify origin according to point b Clause 2 Article 19 of Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 .

- The reporting, posting of proofs of self-certification of origin shall be carried out according to Clause 6 Article 25 of Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 .

- Goods exported to the United Kingdom of Great Britain shall accept C/O form EUR.1 to the end of December 31st, 2020.

This Official letter attaches guidelines on how to declare in details on C/O form EUR.1 and the List of authorities in Vietnam competent to issue C/O form EUR.1
