Implementation effect of Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC on promulgation of 2022 List of imports and exports shall be suspended from December 1st, 2022 to the end of December 29th, 2022.

During the aforesaid period of suspension, Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTCstatus1 and Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BTCstatus1 shall continue their effect.

This Circular takes effect from December 1st, 2022.
