The General Department of Vietnam Customs assumes that in case imported goods are not conform to the import license, they shall be considered imports without license and shall be sanctioned according to Article 18 of Decree No. 128/2020/ND-CPstatus2 .

A fine on such violation ranges between VND 2,000,000 and VND 50,000,000.
