Based on conclusion of the investigating authority, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decides to impose official anti-dumping duty on some table and seat products imported from China. However, the anti-dumping duty shall not be imposed on table and seat products imported from Malaysia.

Table and seat products imported from China subject to the anti-dumping duty include table products bearing HS code 9403.30.00 and seat products bearing HS codes 9401.31.00, 9401.39.00, 9401.41.00, 9401.49.00, 9401.61.00, 9401.69.90, 9401.71.00, 9401.79.90, 9401.80.00.

The anti-dumping duty rate shall be 35.20% (applicable to table products) and 21.40% (applicable to seat products).

The official anti-dumping duty shall be imposed on tables, seats imported from China for a period of 05 (five) years from the day on which this Decision comes into force.

This Decision comes into force from February 13, 2023.
