Official letter No. 7958/BCT-KHCN dated December 12th, 2022 of Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding import of used machinery, equipment according to Article 9 of Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTG dated April 19th, 2019 of the Prime Minister

Relating to conditions for import of used machinery, equipment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade notes that according to the regulations at Article 10 of Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTg , the Certificate of inspection of the imported machinery, equipment must present inspection method or process.

In addition, in the import dossier must clearly explain the necessity to import the used machinery, equipment; evaluate in details the consistency in terms of technology, technique of each machine, equipment operating at the Company and compare technical features, standards and prices of the used machines with the new ones of the same type.
