According to announcement of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, the ATIGA parties agreed to accept C/O form D using HS codes 2017 issued until February 28th, 2023, including physical C/O, electronic C/O and proof of self-certification of origin.

With regard to C/O form D issued from March 1st, 2023, they will be only accepted in case of using HS code 2022.
