Many charges and fees in the transport sector shall be cut by 20-50% between October 1st, 2022 and December 31st, 2022, including:

- Tonnage dues applicable to domestic maritime activities (reduced by 20%);

- Maritime safety assurance dues applicable to domestic maritime activities (reduced by 20%);

- Fee for entering or leaving seaports applicable to domestic maritime activities (reduced by 20%);

- Appraisal charge rates for grant of certificates and licenses in civil aviation operations (reduced by 20%);

- Charges for registration of secured transactions for aircraft (reduced by 20%);

- Charges for use of railway infrastructure (reduced by 50%);

- Fees for entrance and exit of inland ports and wharves (reduced by 50%);

From January 1st, 2023 onwards, the aforesaid charges and fees shall be applied according to the Tariffs regulated at Circular No. 193/2016/TT-BTC, Circular No. 248/2016/TT-BTC, Circular No. 261/2016/TT-BTCstatus2 and Circular No. 295/2016/TT-BTC.

This Circular takes effect from October 1st, 2022 to the end of December 31st, 2022 inclusive.
