This Circular provides for new Lists of approved plant protection chemicals in Vietnam, applicable from January 16th, 2023.

In which, the List of approved plant protection chemicals in Vietnam is promulgated at Appendix I enclosed with this Circular; The List of prohibited plant protection chemicals in Vietnam is promulgated at Appendix II.

This Circular comes into force from January 16th, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 19/2021/TT-BNNPTNTstatus1 dated December 28th, 2021.
