Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 15th, 2023 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgates the list of living things subject to plant quarantine in Vietnam

This Circular provides for new List of living things that are likely to cause serious harms to plants subject to plant quarantine, including living things that are not yet present in Vietnam (Group I) and those narrowly distributed in Vietnam(Group II).

This Circular comes into force from September 29, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 35/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 31st, 2014.
