This Circular replaces the list of medical equipment serving COVID-19 control that are issued emergency use registration number according to clause 3 Article 29 of 98/2021/ND-CP.

In addition, this Circular also supplements the form of emergency certificate of registration of Class-C or Class-D medical device.

This Circular takes effect from August 1st, 2022 and replaces Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BYTstatus1 dated September 16th, 2021.
