This Circular provides for new List of vehicles, parts subject to mandatory certification, declaration of conformity, including:

1. List of commodities subject to mandatory certification before customs clearance and before being put on the market (Annex I).

2. List of vehicles, parts subject to mandatory certification or declaration of conformity but is it not required certification or declaration of conformity before customs clearance and before being put on the market (Annex II).

This Circular takes effect from August 15th, 2022 and replaces Circular No. 41/2018/TT-BGTVTstatus1 dated July 30th, 2018.
