Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BVHTTDL dated August 9th, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on promulgating the Nomenclature of exports and imports under cultural management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with codes determined under Vietnam’s Nomenclature of exports and imports

This Circular promulgates new Lists of goods with HS code thereof, including:

1. Nomenclature of exports requiring licenses (Appendix I)

2. Nomenclature of imports requiring licenses (Appendix II)

3. Nomenclature of exports subject to conditions (Appendix III)

4. Nomenclature of imports subject to conditions (Appendix IV)

5. Nomenclature of goods banned from export (Appendix V)

6. Nomenclature of goods banned from import (Appendix V)

This Circular takes effect from October 6th, 2023 and replaces Circular No. 24/2018/TT-BVHTTDL dated August 23rd, 2018.
