This Circular replaces certain contents of the Regulation on issuance of C/O form D promulgated at Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCTstatus2 (amended at Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 ) including:

1. Regulation on issuance and verification of C/O (Annex VII Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCTstatus2 , replaced by Annex I of Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 )

2. Specimen of C/O Form D (Annex VIII of Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCTstatus2 , replaced by Annex II of Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 )

3. Guidelines for completing C/O Form (Annex IX of Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCTstatus2 , replaced by Annex III of Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 )

This Circular takes effect from July 16th, 2022.

To abrogate clause 1, clause 2 and clause 3 Article 1 of Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 dated August 14th, 2020.
