This Decree regulates in details the development and use of the housing and real estate market information system nationwide at http://www.batdongsan.xaydung.gov.vn to replace the old regulations at Decree No. 117/2015/ND-CPstatus3 .

The System is developed uniformly throughout Vietnam to share and provide basic information about housing and the real estate market to agencies, organizations and individuals for the state management and publication of statistics on housing and the real estate market in order to meet requirements of socio-economic development.

Real estate investors shall provide information to update in this system, including information about real estate projects, real estate products eligible for trading, information about real estate transfer, etc.

This Decree takes effect from August 15th, 2022 and replaces Decree No. 117/2015/ND-CPstatus3 dated November 12th, 2015.
