This Circular provides for the new Regulation on organization and operation of upper-secondary schools for the gifted, including: general regulations; classes in gifted schools; professional groups; office group; administrators, teachers, staff and students; enrollment and educational activities of schools.

This Circular comes into force as of April 15, 2023.

To replace Circular No. 06/2012/TT-BGDDT dated February 2, 2012 and Circular No. 12/2014/TT-BGDDTstatus2 dated April 18, 2014.
