The General Department of Vietnam Customs assumes that if information on transport documents submitted by an enterprise ensure the contents of a bill of lading, transport documents according to regulations at Articles 129, 130, 131 of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Law, Article 148 of the Vietnam Maritime Code, Agreements and Protocols pertaining to transport of goods between Vietnam and countries sharing land borders with Vietnam, they shall be accepted as the basis for carrying out customs procedure.
