blue-check Regulations on time for submission of C/O amid Covid-19 are still effective

According to opinions of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, now Circular No. 47/2020/TT-BTC on time for submission of certificate of origin (C/O) applicable during Covid-19 period is still effective.

The Ministry of Finance will consider announcing the expiry of this Circular based on developments of Covid-19 in the world.
