This Circular provides for upper secondary education knowledge and teaching thereof in vocational education and training institutions, including specialization-based subjects and upper secondary education knowledge; organization of teaching, examination, evaluation and issuance of certifications; responsibilities of related agencies, organizations and individuals.

These provisions apply to vocational education and training institutions and other education institutions permitted to organize vocational secondary training and relative organizations and individuals.

This Circular takes effect from December 24th, 2022.
