This Decision is to announce stainless steel tubes into the List of group-2 products and goods (products and goods likely to be unsafe) managed by the Ministry of Science and Technology bearding these HS codes 7306.40.20, 7306.40.90, 7306.61.10, 7306.61.90, 7306.69.10, 7306.69.90 (according to Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC )

These products must be undergone state inspection pertaining to quality after customs clearance under QCVN 20:2019/BKHCN and Amended 1:2021 QCVN 20:2019/BKHCN.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
