The adjustment coefficient of monthly salary after payment of social insurance contributions, applicable in 2023 is further adjusted in comparison with that applicable in 2022.

The details are provided in Table 1 (for those who participate in compulsory social insurance), Table 2 (for those who participate in voluntary social insurance) at Article 2, Article 3 of this Circular.

These tables of adjustment rate are applied to adjust monthly salary for persons who are entitled to receive one-off payment of pensions, one-off insurance benefit payments from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

This Circular shall enter into force from February 20, 2023; the provisions of this Circular shall apply from January 1, 2023.

To replace Circular No. 36/2021/TT-BLDTBXHstatus1 dated December 31st, 2021.
