Teachers of non-public preschools and primary education institutions who face difficulties due to COVID-19 shall be entitled to receive a support of 2,200,000 VND for those who have benefited from policies of local governments) or 3,700,000 VND/person (for those who have not received support from local governments).

However, in order to be eligible to receive the support, teachers of non-public preschools and primary education institutions must meet these conditions:

- They are working in non-public education institutions before the institutions are mandated to suspend by competent authorities to serve COVID-19 control from May 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 inclusive;

- They are taking unpaid leave for at least 1 month from May 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 inclusive;

- They have not benefited from policies supporting employees on suspension of employment contracts or unpaid leave in accordance with Resolution No. 68/NQ-CPstatus2 since they have not participated in compulsory social insurance;

- They are confirmed to be working in non-public education institutions (including previous non-public education institutions or other non-public education institutions if previous non-public education institutions cease to operate) at least until the end of the school year of 2021 - 2022.
