The Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City notes that the regulations on removal of certain conditions for issuance, extension, certification of work permits for foreigners amid the Covid-19 pandemic under Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 dated September 9th, 2021 have been expired from January 1st, 2023 (they are only applied till December 31st, 2022).

Therefore, from January 1st, 2023, when carrying out administrative procedures relating to foreign workers, enterprises must prepare documents in accordance with the regulations at Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP .
