This Official Telegram requests Ministries, especially the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Construction, local authorities to promptly review policies and laws on fire safety and firefighting to promptly make amendments, especially to give direction with specific and detailed solutions to completely eliminate violations against regulations on fire safety and firefighting and amendments to technical regulations and standards on fire safety and firefighting in line with actual situation in order to facilitate people, enterprises to implement, limiting disruption in production and trade.
In addition, the Prime Minister also requests Ministries and local authorities to accelerate drastic simplification and reform of administrative procedures in the field of fire safety and firefighting and drastically cut unnecessary administrative procedures concurrently to increase dissemination of policies, laws, technical regulations and standards, especially regulations and solutions for resolution of difficulties in fire safety and firefighting that have been issued and provided for; make sure they are understood and fully implemented by the people and enterprises.
