Decree No. 117/2022/ND-CP dated December 30th, 2022 of the Government on promulgating Vietnam’s preferential export tariff schedule and special preferential import tariff schedule for implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the 2022 - 2027 period

The UKVFTA tariff schedule in the 2022 - 2027 period promulgated together with this Decree includes:

1. The UKVFTA tariff schedule for goods exported from Vietnam to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (Annex I)

2. The UKVFTA tariff schedule for goods imported into Vietnam from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (Annex II)

All UKVFTA tariff schedules for imports and exports have 06 columns of tariff rates, including column “2022” (the tariff rate applicable from December 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022) and columns "2023", "2024", "2025", "2026", "2027” (the tariff rate applicable from January 01 to December 31 of each corresponding year).

This Decree takes effect from the date of its signing and replaces Decree No. 53/2021/ND-CP dated May 21st, 2021.
