This Circular promulgates Vietnam’s 2022 Nomenclature of exports and imports to replace 2018 Nomenclature of exports and imports promulgated at Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTCstatus3 .

In which, the Nomenclature of exports and imports is regulated in details at Appendix I; Six (6) general rules explaining the classification of goods according to 2022 Nomenclature of Exports and Imports are regulated in details at Appendix II.

This Nomenclature shall be officially applied from December 1st, 2022

This Circular comes into force from December 1st, 2022.

To replace Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTCstatus3 dated June 27th, 2017 and Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BTCstatus3 dated February 15th, 2019.
