Decree No. 113/2022/ND-CP dated December 30th, 2022 of the Government on Vietnam’s special preferential import tariff schedule for implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, of the one part, and the Eurasian Economic Union and its Member States, of the other part, in 2022 – 2027 period

VN-EAEU FTA tariff shall be applied to goods originated in member States of the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam, of the one part, and the Eurasian Economic Union and its Member States, of the other part, including:

- Republic of Armenia;

- Republic of Belarus;

- Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Kyrgyz Republic;

- Russian Federation.

- Vietnam (goods from non-tariff zones imported into the domestic market)

In order to be eligible for VN-EAEU FTA tariff, imports must meet origin criteria (including provisions on direct consignment) and are supported by proofs of origin as prescribed in the VN-EAEU FTA Agreement and regulations in force.

This Decree takes effect from the date of its signing and replaces Decree No. 150/2017/ND-CP dated December 26th, 2017.
